Porsche dealer

Have been taking my car for service and repair to them for the past 5 years. The satisfaction of service for my recent visit has been quite opposite of the past (very positive changed to very negative). Prior to the last service, they were excellent in communication and quality of repair. Not this time. My car was with them for over a week and they failed to provide a quote and explanation of what needs to be done. In spite of numerous phone calls and follow ups, two days late in returning as scheduled and spending $5K on my X6, it is still quite faulty, noisy and unreliable. I believe all of this is because their front customer service and service manager (Sutsu) left the business and perhaps their experienced mechanics too, they are short on the customer service front and mechanics who know what they are doing. For some unknown reason they have broken part of my dashboard and never told me about it. Such a shame, they are busy opening another branch north of the river (I'm told).

They refused to fix my car issue without even any inspection as I did not put my car's regular service into their shop.Is it your policy?? What a absurd customer policy is!I fixed my car with them couple of times before.Hey. It is my right to choose a relatively inexpensive service center. You may think that selecting customers is also your right, but don't expect good review with such a policy! Good luck with it.

Been going for the past 15 years. 3 x BMW's, 1 x Merc, 1 x Volvo and an Audi. All but the Merc and my sons 320i we're high performance cars so they cater across the full spectrum.Voytek and the team are champion blokes. Highly recommended.

Wojteks team is wonderful and they treat you and your car with care and respect. I have been driving my car after the service and its better then ever before. I strongly recommend German Auto Service if you have a German car to repair or service.

I came here a few years ago when I had a BMW they were very helpful in assisting me with the car that seemed to cause me some troubles after purchasing from a dodgy dealership (prestige honda in melvile). They were always very accommodating and helpful and told me the hard truth about my car we are happy to keep working on your car for you but believe that financially you might want to consider a new car". I purchased a holden and so wasnt able to go back but I purchsed a Mercedes recently and was excited to be able to go back there for my servicing. I was greeted by Voytek whos service was some of the best I have ever had. I learned alot about my car in the short time I had with him. I had the genuine feeling that he knows his business inside and out. He was very transparent about the costs and considering it was my first service since buying I was nervously expecting alot more to have to pay for other than the expected items for this service. I was also informed that my brakes were brand new which was a pleasant surprise

I would avoid German Auto Service (GAS) like the plague, the worst service I have ever had.They stated I needed to replace my coolant. Immediately after their service, I had large coolant leak from my car (images attached), might I add the leak was the incorrect coolant, the one they were meant to replace. I took it back for the second time for them to fix the leak and replace the coolant for the second time, but again they did not replace the coolant. It wasn't until I took it to another garage that the issue was finally resolved. And to top it off, GAS refused to identify they did anything wrong, even though their foreman confirmed that they do not completely drain and flush the coolant out.They would not negotiate rectification, full or even part refund of any kind.And as you can see from their response, I feel they are trying to intimidate me by stating they will that this further

this is by far THE WORST mechanic I have ever been to! They are LIARS! They say one problem and then claim that they have fixed it only for you to come back multiple times fixing the SAME issue! I have spent over 5k here I WANT MY MONEY BACK SCAMMERS

Voytek and his team ( the front desk girl as well) are absolutely awesome on provided outstanding trouble shooting to my Audi A4 abs fault, gloves door, light faults within a very short time manner, explained the technical issues in detail and the cost needed.I felt worm welcomed and they are just putting their best efforts to serve you as quickly as possible. They even offered me a loan car without any charge.I highly recommend Voytek and German Auto Centre Jandakot to you if you need a quality and positive service experience.
